My fish seems to be happier now. He really likes the new plants I bought him. He can hide behind one of them and hide under the other. He doesn’t freak out as much when I walk by.
I have a paper to write on the Holocaust. This should be fun…
This is my 100th entry in this journal! I really write to much, but I just can’t help it.
I went and crashed all the pet stores in Waterford Lakes and Wal-Mart. I was looking for stuff for my little fish. I got some little plants for him to hide behind and a net so that I can catch him.
I forgot how cool it is to have a fish tank. I had one when I was in middle school. I loved all my little fish in their tank! It was a little 10 or 20 gallon tank. I stuffed it full of little fish. I had pretty goldfish with long tails and some of the feeder goldfish and a plecostomus to eat the junk. At one point I had a little angelfish but it died. I had cool plants and a background I made. It was so cool… In middle school. I think if I had a fish tank now I’d get a koi. They had little koi at PetSmart! Or maybe just some of the pretty goldfish with the pretty tails. Rob keeps telling me that his family has some nice fishtanks they’ve been wanting to get rid of. Maybe if I can find room in my room when I move I’ll get one of them.
But for now let’s just see if I can handle my little betta. I’m going to clean his water today. Hopefully it all goes well. Now that I know to break up his food, not so much of it will end up on the groud. And he’ll have better plants to hide behind.
And the pet stores were so cool. One had little black and white kittens. Aww! Another had a little black pug puppy! It was so cute! But I think PetSmart is better than PetLand. PetLand smelled really bad when you went in. And they had 2 or even 4 puppies per cage. Plus PetSmart had Chinchillas! They were spazzing out and running around in thier cage. Very cute! Wal-Mart’s fish were really scary. I don’t think I’ll be buying anything there. Except maybe a plecostomus.
I miss having a pet here in college. I’ve always had a pet. I’ve had parakeets, cats, some fish, and a chicken. I just love animals! Especially the ones I can cuddle.
My room is full of fresh flowers! I love having plants and especially flowers in my room. The snap dragons from the garden at home are on my desk in the beautiful frosted glass bamboo vase. The little daffodil and the hyacinth are on my bookshelf next to my window. I have to rotate them everyday so that they don’t tilt too far over towards the sunlight.
Juda is on my dresser next to the TV! He’s doing fine, I transferred him to his little aquarium last night. I bought distilled water for him because the tank lost some water on the way home. I4 splashed a little of the water on my car seat. It was easily cleaned up. I hope he survives at least a week! He’s having trouble eating the food since it’s too big for his mouth. It’s too bad that Smeagol ate mom’s fish. I thought the fish would be too big. I hope the frog doesn’t get sick!
Me and Rob are working on getting our schedules together for the next year. We’ll be taking classes together, but I don’t know what ones. He’s got everything laid out in his own little system. I’ll prolly change it all around the first week of classes! Lol
