Heh…

Sorry if that last post sounded a little bitchy. I just really wanted that ice cream. Rob’s a really really great guy and very caring and considerate. He just gets some things lost in translation. Like that we like the same things when we don’t exactly. But those are always little things. He has been really wonderful in helping me now that I’m working and he’s not. He sometimes gives me foot rubs when I get home. Oohhh… That’s soooo nice…

I had to buy a belt and watch today. My pants kept falling too low and we can’t have cell phones on the sales floor. I think things should be going well this summer.

My birthday is in a week! Or less! You can get me anything off my wishlist. Gift cards are much appreciated too; I can buy what I want.
I went and visited the Grandparents yesterday. I took Grandpa my 10 gallon fishtank since we’re tight on utilities here. I have a feeling he thinks it’s just till I move. But it’s for him to have as long as he likes. Grama’s orchids are blooming really nicely. I suggested to Rob to take some pictures of them for his portfolio. In a week or so, I’m going to meet with Grama again for lunch. I’ll give her some aquarium plants and a peice of driftwood for Grandpa’s tank.

I need to do some more sewing for MetroCon. There is going to be competition there! A few other gothic and lolita tables have popped up. I made a headdress that was really pretty. I’m also thinking about experimenting with some more beaded crowns. Wee! I also found a tutorial online on how to make silk kanzashi. I’m no where near where the artisans are, but I understand the concept. Maybe I can make some flower broaches to sell?

Why is it that when Rob buys food for the both of us, he buys food he likes? He went out shopping for dinner tonight and brought back three items that he said were for me, but they were more for him. He got scoops tortilla chips and chunky salsa when scoops are too large for my mouth and I prefer a cheese dip. He also said he got me ice cream. I was excited about this till I went to the freezer to find it was Rollos ice cream. While I like it, I was hoping he had gotten French Silk. I thought he knew I liked that better. Maybe it wasn’t at the store.

I sometimes wonder how much I mean to him really. I know he loves me and can’t live without me. But then I look at his other favorite things and how they are treated.

Maybe when summer starts I won’t have time to think about such silly girlish things.

I’ve been doing a lot of sewing and beading for MetroCon. I bought the artist’s table. It’ll be on an inner corner across from a dealer’s table. I’m going to start sewing creepy stuffed animals in a while.

I don’t think I’ll be able to come home this weekend. I think I am working on Saturday.

Contacts

I’ve been having trouble wearing contacts lately. They get dry so fast and itchy. Then today I find out that the saline solution I’ve been using is being recalled. So, mom and Kelse if you’re using Bausch and Lomb Renu you need to get some new stuff.

And how does everyone like my new site index? I wanted something more snazzy so I made a little thing in Flash. I still have to do some tweaking to it, but that is what it’ll look like.
