Jobs
So, Rob started his new job last night! He works from essentially 6PM to 6AM. He got home early, at 5AM, last night. I really hope he enjoys, or rather, doesn’t hate this job. He’s a night person, so I really hope this works out. On the other hand, I’m still looking for a job. I’ve started to apply to a multitude of places online to see if anything comes up. Another big hope that I can get a job soon.
But since I don’t currently have a job, I’ve been making a lot of things for MetroCon. I plan to make at least one thing per day that I don’t have a job. That way, in the next few months I will have made quite a lot of stuff. I plan to take pictures of the beaded crowns tomorrow if the light is good.
Oh, and I bought something on Amazon but the seller is a asshat. I ordered it on the 14 of Jan, it was supposed to ship out the 22nd, but last night I received an email saying it wouldn’t ship for another 10 to 15 business days. Over a month to receive an item. If they didn’t have the damn thing in stock, they shouldn’t have listed it! So I told them to cancel and refund it. Now I have to buy it on eBay or someplace and hope it gets here in time.
This is kinda random, since I’d like to be sleeping right now but can’t. My mind is too busy. And I’ve run out of reading materials. I’m left reading Erich’s Time magazines and those are mostly filled with election crap.
Oh, and the previous post was protected so that my sister’s boyfriend, should he find this site, would not see the dress. I think she wants it to be a surprise for him. ![]()

Good luck getting a job!
It sucks that the seller didn’t have it in stock.
I would’ve wanted to see the dress. x)

Good luck finding a job. I myself am on the look out, and it’s a tad tedious at times.
Ah, night jobs. I miss having the graveyard shift. *sniffs* I’m a not person as well and loved working the nights.

I just realized how many people are look for a job. So much competition…good thing I’m too young to get one
. Good luck on getting a decent job.
That seller must’ve been robbed of his common sense. Perhaps he thought no one would order it?

Good for Rob for finding a job! And I hope so too that he’d like it. As for you looking for a job, I suggest you also go out there and give your resumes to offices or places you’d want a job. I think it’s better that way. Do it like once a week all day. I don’t know, that’s what my bro did and he found a job after doing it for 4 weeks, and with the online thing, he job hunted for 2 months but nothing really came up. =]
Goodluck!
And i think it was a good idea that you pw-protected your last post.

Getting a job is always the pits
but I’m sure you’ll get something in time. Hopefully soon
And Amazon sellers usually do take their sweet time. I live on eBay now, LOL.
