Hello again
So, the garage sale went ok… I guess. I wanted to punch a couple of people. One asshole kept pushing that he only wanted to pay $5 for a rod and a reel that I was asking $20 for. I’d go down to $15, but he was just being a fucking jerk! Sure, it’s not my stuff, and maybe I don’t know that much about fishing equipment, but I did some research online and $20 is a damn fair price. He even came back a second time, and if Rob had been there (he went down the street to check our sign) I would have given him the finger and told him to get lost. But that prolly wouldn’t have been that smart to do, since that asshat would know where I live. Sure, it’s a garage sale, but the stuff is pretty cheap as it is, so don’t haggle something that’s $3 down to 50 cents. Also, I had a “free bin” of crap I just wanted to get rid of and one woman took ALL OF IT. I suppose I could have told her there was an item limit, but she is a horrible person. Sure “your son needs some toys” but there was so much more than just toys in that box. Makes me realize just how much class I have when I go to other people’s garage sales.
It feels so much easier to just donate the stuff! I don’t have to deal with the scum of humanity that seem to troll these sales. They’ll have to buy the crap at a higher price at a thrift store. And I get a tax write off! So it’s win win win! Except for them. They loose loose loose. At everything.
Going home to St. Pete today. Still have some packing to do, so I’m gonna go. ![]()

Man! I don’t go to garage sales very often, but those people sound really rude! I’d have been annoyed too! :O
