I have been building websites for a few years now. When I realized that I could have a domain for relatively the same price as a new outfit, I decided to buy it for myself. I had been taking up web space on many different sites and hosts and it was just getting too disorganized. So, I bought hosting and a domain name. The first name I chose was malheureux.com. Malheureux means unhappy in French and is one meaning of my name. However, it proved to be too hard to pronounce. Especially over the phone to elderly family members. When it expired I bought malloryray.com from Netrillium.com. The name comes from the combination of my first and middle names. Soon though I started running out of space. Then I decided that for the same price I could get much more space but with less support. I was getting pretty good at doing my own trouble shooting, so I figured why not. I went to GoDaddy.com and transferred my domain. Well, that didn’t really work out. I still have my domain registered there and probably will keep it there, but I’ve moved my hosting to my boyfriend’s website. He’s hosted with Cirtex Hosting and it seems pretty good so far.

This domain has no purpose but to be a creative outlet. If it has any purpose it is so my parents can keep track of me in college. Open since: January 1st 2004.
